Debbie McDonald
Debbie McDonald is an icon of American dressage. Riding for the Thomas Family’s River Grove Farm, 5’ tall Debbie and the big, tall, beautiful mare Brentina earned the world’s “R.E.S.P.E.C.T.” by becoming America’s first World Cup dressage champions, in 2003. Their freestyle routine set to that Aretha Franklin song was long a favorite around the world. Since retiring from competition, Debbie continues to contribute hugely to American dressage as team chef d’equipe.

On Haygain Steamed Hay: “Before I was introduced to Haygain, I was soaking hay for Brentina to make sure that it was more palatable and dust free. Then I found Haygain and not just Brentina but every horse in our barn is so happy. Now after our horses are fed, the only sound you hear are the horses chewing. I no longer hear sneezing or coughing due to dust or mold spores. Once you have fed Haygain you will never go back!”
On Haygain ComfortStall: “Nothing but the best for Brentina – safety and comfort come first! We love our ComfortStall products. Brentina has had her ComfortStall system for over 10 years and what a difference it has made. We highly recommend ComfortStall for all performance horses’ stalls and trailer floors!”
