Tamie Smith

If there was a mileage program for eventers, Tamie Smith would be a top earner. Along with dominating competition in her West Coast home base for many years, Tamie and her horses have trekked cross-country repeatedly to earn the credentials required to fulfill international ambitions. She achieved those in 2019 as a member of the U.S. Pan Am Games gold medal winning team. With a deep string of horses and supporters, she is poised for more international appearances.

“All you have to do is look at steamed hay versus dusty, dirty, dry hay, and it’s a no brainer. You can see how much cleaner it is and we just feel it’s overall better for the horses’ respiratory systems.”
